What we collect

Depending on the form, we collect the contact, school, role, workflow, product-interest, and campaign information shown before you submit. We also receive the referring page and security-verification result needed to protect the form from abuse.

Do not submit student records, health information, financial records, passwords, or other sensitive school data through these website forms.

Why we use it

We use the information to deliver the resource or response you requested, arrange and tailor a product conversation, understand which school workflows need attention, protect the forms, and keep a record of agreed follow-up.

We do not sell website-form information or use it to publish a school, staff member, student, or family profile.

Where it is processed

Website forms are served through Cloudflare. Form submissions are stored in separate Cloudflare D1 databases used for Widyaa Learning and Widyaa Schools lead operations. Cloudflare Turnstile processes the security check. Authorised Widyaa operators can review the stored submissions for the purposes above.

This notice covers website enquiries and resources. Any future processing of a school’s operational, staff, family, or student data requires separate product documentation and an agreement with that school.

Retention and deletion

We keep an active request while it is being delivered or followed up. Inactive website leads are reviewed for deletion no later than 12 months after the last submission or meaningful interaction, unless a longer period is required for an agreed pilot, contract, dispute, or legal obligation.

You may ask us to correct or delete your website-form information, or withdraw from further follow-up, by contacting the privacy address below.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of follow-up relating to information you submitted. We may need to verify that the request comes from the relevant person or authorised school representative.

We will update the date and wording here when the website forms, service providers, retention practice, or applicable requirements change materially.
